The AuxKey is re-entered into the switcher by physically
connecting cables from the output BNCs of the AuxKey
to input BNCs on the switcher. These sources can then
be selected on any bus on the switcher as an input.
Aux Bus Setup
An Aux bus allows you to use the additional output BNCs
of the switcher to pass video signals out. There are a total
of 64 Aux Buses available on the switcher, that have
access to all the same video signals that are available to
an ME. The Aux buses are organized into 8 Banks, with
8 Aux buses per bank.
An Aux bus can be accessed either through the Auxiliary
Control Panel, or by assigning a panel row to an Aux
bus.
Aux Bus Names
Each Aux bus can be given a specic name that is
displayed on the menus.
To Name an Aux Bus
1. Press HOME > Setup > Installation > Aux Bus
> Modify Name.
2. Use the Aux Bus knob to select the aux bus you
want to name.
3. Enter the new name in the New Name eld.
4. Press Accept New Name.
