Frame Fan Failure
In order to diagnose and repair a cooling fan failure, you
must identify the fan that the switcher is reporting as
failed on the Status Menu, and replace the fan.
All the fans on the 4RU Fan and 8RU Fan boards are
assigned a number. This number is what is reported on
the menu for which fan has failed.

Frame Power Supply Failure
The number of power supplies in the frame depends on
the size of frame you have, and if the redundant power
option is installed.
When a frame power supply fails, the switcher identies
the failed component on the Status menu. Use this
information to trouble-shoot the power supply and replace
it if required.
There are a number of LEDs on the power supply that
can identify what is wrong with the power supply.
