Transmission - refit
• Insert the M12x1.5 oil drain plug (size 13 wrench) Q with its
copper ring gasket and tighten it up.
Torque wrench setting + 20 Nm
• Screw in the screw cap with the O-ring W and tighten it up.
Torque wrench setting + 5 Nm
• Grease the 2 ball bearing housings in the half crankcase,
clutch side, with MOLYKOTE G-N and spray the oil seal
seats with LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE 15378.
• Apply grease to one side of the thrust washer E for the
intermediate shaft 44/13 d. R so that it sticks to the side
of the big gear.
• Lubricate the end of the intermediate shaft with oil and fit the
shaft.
• Grease the gear shaft bearing seatT with MOLYKOTE G-
N and spray the oil seal seat with LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE
15378.
• Fit the gear shaft into the transmission cover.
• Grease the output shaft bearing seat Ywith MOLYKOTE
G-N and spray the oil seal seat with LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE
15378.
Leonardo:
• Insert the output shaft into the ball bearing.
Scarabeo:
• Apply MOLYKOTE G-N to the inner teeth of the output shaft,
in 2 parts U.
• Fit the output shaft U into the ball bearing and fit the thrust
washer I (this applies to the output shaft in 2 parts only)
on the transmission cover side.
n Caution: No thrust washer is required for output
shafts in a single piece!
• Fit the second thrust washer O on to the intermediate shaft
R.
• Position the gasket P.

Trasmissione — montaggio
• Inserire la vite scarico olio M12x1,5 (chiave da 13) Q con
anello guarnizione in rame e serrarla.
Coppia di serraggio + 20 Nm
• Avvitare la vite tappo con anello OR W e serrarla.
Coppia di serraggio + 5 Nm
• Ingrassare nel semicarter, lato frizione, le 2 sedi dei
cuscinetti a sfere con MOLYKOTE G-N e spruzzare la
sede paraolio con LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE 15378.
• Applicare grasso su un lato del rasamento E per l’albero
intermedio 44/13 d. R e farlo aderire al lato dell’ingranaggio
grande.
• Lubrificare la estremità dell’albero intermedio con olio e
montare l'albero.
• Ingrassare la sede cuscinetto dell’albero trasmissione T
con MOLYKOTE G-N e spruzzare la sede paraolio con
LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE 15378.
• Inserire l’albero trasmissione nel coperchio trasmissione.
• Ingrassare la sede cuscinetto dell’albero uscita moto Y con
MOLYKOTE G-N e spruzzare la sede paraolio con LOCTITE
ANTI-SEIZE 15378.
Leonardo:
• Inserire l’albero uscita moto nel cuscinetto a sfere.
Scarabeo:
• Applicare MOLYKOTE G-N sulla dentatura interna
dell’ingranaggio dell'albero uscita moto in 2 parti U.
• Inserire l'albero uscita moto U nel cuscinetto a sfere e
montare il rasamento I (solo con albero uscita moto in
2 parti) al lato coperchio trasmissione.
n Attenzione: Con l'albero uscita moto in un solo pezzo
non viene utilizzato un rasamento!
• Montare il secondo rasamento O sull’albero intermedio R.
• Posizionare la guarnizione P.
