■ Caution: Refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s
instructions for information on the quantity
and specifications of the coolant.
• To bleed the coolant circuit, remove the 5.5x13 screw on top
of the thermostat cover, together with its sealing washer E.
Fill with coolant until the fluid flows out continuously from the
hole, then replace the screw with its washer and tighten it up.

Engine test
• Start the engine and run it at low speed until the oil pressure
warning light on the dashboard switches off.

Note: The oil circuit is bled automatically as the
engine warms up.
■ Caution: After the engine test, make the following
checks:
• oil and coolant levels, topping up if necessary,
• check for any fluid leaks.
■ Attenzione: Relativamente alla specifica del liquido
refrigerante ed alla quantità rispettare le
indicazioni del costruttore del mezzo.
• Per sfiatare il circuito di raffreddamento bisogna togliere la
vite 5,5x13 sopra il coperchio termostato assieme alla
rondella guarnizione E. Riempire di liquido refrigerante
fino al momento in cui esce liquido con continuità dal foro,
quindi rimontare la vite con guarnizione e serrarla.

Prova motore
• Avviare il motore e tenere un regime di giri basso fino a che
la spia di controllo pressione olio sul cruscotto si spegne.

Nota: Il circuito dell’olio si sfiata automaticamente
durante la fase di riscaldamento del motore.
■ Attenzione: Dopo la prova motore controllare i punti
seguenti:
• livello dell’olio e del liquido refrigerante, riempire se
necessario,
• controllare eventuali perdite di liquidi.
