• Grease the guide rollers and guide pin T , insert them in the
three seats on the secondary moving pulley and then fit the
spring cap Y.
■ Caution: Do not damage the O-rings!
• Position the complete secondary pulley assy. on the inserter
jig U, held in the vice.
• Position the spring I and couple it to the fitting in the spring
capY.
• Couple the clutch U to the end of the spring.
• Position the presser plate O on the clutchU and compress
the spring I until the 2 catches q lock in under the
secondary fixed pulley w.
■ Caution: Make sure that the catches q are properly
locked, otherwise the clutch spring may
jump out violently and cause injuries.
• Secure the complete clutch with an M28x1 nute, coated
with LOCTITE 243.

Torque wrench setting ☞ 50 Nm
Timing gear
• Check for crancks, wear, or deformation of teeth of the
timing gear Q.
• Ingrassare i rullini di guida ed il perno di guida T e inserirli
nelle 3 sedi della puleggia secondaria mobile e inserire lo
scodellino portamolla interno Y.
■ Attenzione: Non danneggiare gli anelli OR!
• Posare il gruppo completo della puleggia secondaria sul
tampone montaggio U fissato nella morsa.
• Posare la molla I e agganciarla nell'incastro dello scodellino
portamolla interno Y.
• Agganciare la frizione U all'estremità della molla.
• Posizionare la piastra di pressaggio O sulla frizione U e
comprimere la molla I finchè i 2 ganci q si blocchino sotto
la puleggia secondaria fissa w.
■ Attenzione: Far attenzione al corretto bloccaggio dei
ganci q per evitare che la molla frizione
fuoriesca violentemente, provocando
lesioni.
• Fissare la frizione completa con dado M28x1 e, fissato con
LOCTITE 243.

Comando della distribuzione
• Controllare se i fianchi denti dell’ingranaggio distribuzione
Q presentano rottura di materiale o deformazione.
