u Note: Remember the following points:
• The holes in the gasket must coincide
with all the holes for the screws.
• Work carefully to avoid causing leaks.
• Fill the transmission compartment with gearbox oil (to API
GL4 or API GL5 specifications).
Leonardo: Quantity of gearbox oil +

• Apply MOLYKOTE G-N to the shaft housings and spray
LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE 15378 on to the oil seal seats in the
transmission cover { (Leonardo) risp. } (Scarabeo).
• Tighten up transmission cover in diagonal sequence with 6
Mx30 Allen screws q on the Leonardo { and 9 M6x30 Allen
screws q on the Scarabeo }.
Torque wrench setting + 11 Nm
Oil pressure retaining valve - refit
• Insert the ball of Ø 8.5 mm Q into the oil hole.
• Fit the valve housing W and spring E vertically on to the
ball.
• Screw in the A M16x1.5 screw cap with ring gasket R and
tighten it up.
Torque wrench setting + 30 Nm
u Nota: Far attenzione ai punti seguenti:
• I fori della guarnizione devono coincidere
con tutti i fori per le viti.
• Lavorare con cautela per evitare perdite.
• Riempire il vano trasmissione con olio trasmissione
(secondo specificazione API GL4 o API GL5).

• Applicare MOLYKOTE G-N sulle sedi degli alberi e
spruzzare LOCTITE ANTI-SEIZE 15378 sulle sedi paraolio
nel coperchio trasmissione { (Leonardo) risp. }
(Scarabeo).
• Serrare il coperchio trasmissione diagonalmente con 6 viti
a brugola Mx30 q su Leonardo { e con 9 viti a brugola
M6x30 q su Scarabeo }.
Coppia di serraggio + 11 Nm
Valvola sovrappressione olio — montaggio
• Inserire la sfera 8,5 mm Ø Q nel foro olio.
• Montare il corpo valvola W assieme alla molla E
verticalmente sulla sfera.
• Avvitare la vite tappo A M16x1,5 con anello guarnizione R
e serrarla.
Coppia di serraggio + 30 Nm
