◆ Note: Place an old crankcase gasket under the
puller plate to avoid damaging the seal contact
surfaces.

Refit:
■ Caution: When refitting, make sure that the open side
T of the bearing case Q is facing inward,
towards the gear shaft.
◆ Note: The fin on the crankcase protects the bearing
seat and prevents it from cracking as the
bearing is inserted.
• Support the transmission bearing seat with a spacer plate Y
(height 22 mm).
• From the exterior, carefully insert the slightly lubricated ball
bearing, clutch side, into the half crankcase, using a suitable
jig U (max. 40 mm Ø), pressing it fully home.
◆ Nota: Per evitare danneggiamento della superficie
di tenuta, porre una vecchia guarnizione
carter sotto il supporto estrattore.

Montaggio:
■ Attenzione: Al montaggio far attenzione che il lato aperto
T della gabbia del cuscinetto Q sia orientato
verso l’interno, verso l’albero trasmissione.
◆ Nota: La sede del cuscinetto è sufficentemente
protetta dal rischio di rottura dall’aletta del
carter.
• Sostenere la sede del cuscinetto trasmissione con un
piatto distanziale Y (altezza 22 mm).
• Inserire il cuscinetto a sfere, lato frizione, leggermente
lubrificato, con cautela dall’esterno nel semicarter, con un
tampone adatto U (max. 40 mm Ø) fino in fondo.
