➪Check for signs of wear on the centrifugal weights {:

☞ Diameter at point of maximum
flattening
X = min. 19.5 mm
Rollers - checking for wear:
• Insert the ramp plateR with the rollers and spring bands Q
(120 + 154 type only) and press them in a clockwise direction
towards the guide columns W.
➪Check the clearance between the rollers and the guide
columns on the opposite sides with a feeler gauge E of 0.5
mm.
• If the feeler gauge enters any one of the three gaps, change
the roller in question.
➪Then recheck the clearance. If the 0.5 mm feeler gauge still
enters with the new roller, replace the primary moving pulley.
➪Check for freedom of movement of the rollers.

Tasselli - controllo dell'usura:
• Inserire il cappellotto portatasselli R con i tasselli e le molle
balestra Q (solo tipo 120 + 154) e premerli nel senso orario
verso le colonnine di guida W.
➪Controllare il gioco fra i tasselli e le colonnine di guida sui lati
opposti con uno spessimetro E di 0,5 mm.
• Se lo spessimetro entra in uno dei 3 interstizi, sostituire il
tassello relativo.
➪Quindi ricontrollare il gioco. Se lo spessimetro di 0,5 mm
entra anche con il nuovo tassello, sostituire la puleggia
primaria mobile.
➪Poi controllare la mobilità dei tasselli.
