TYPE 120/154/177
➪Check the internal diameter of the bush in the primary
mobile pulley }.
120 + 154 type:
Wear limit (d) ☞ 27.05 mm
177 type:
Wear limit (d) ☞ 26.05 mm
➪Check for signs of wear and/or damage on the primary
mobile pulley contact surface } with the belt. Measure the
wear with a ruler q and a feeler gaugew.
Wear limit ☞ 0.5 mm
➪Check the size of the crankshaft in the primary moving
pulley bush journal zone e.
Wear limit (D) ☞ 16.95 mm
• Remove any traces of LOCTITE from the M12 thread r on
the crankshaft and check for signs of damage or deformation
on the thread and tooth profile.
Reassembly of individual components of primary mobile
pulley
■ Caution: Grease parts of 120 + 154 types.
Do not grease parts of 177 type!
• 120 + 154 types only: Spread about 20 g of grease (F)
evenly on to the centrifugal weights work surface in the
primary moving pulley Q and insert the centrifugal
weightsW .
• 120 + 154 types only: Slightly grease (F) the O-ring E and
insert it.
• Fit the rollers on to the ramp plate.
• 120 + 154 types only: Grease (F) the roller recesses.
• 120 + 154 types only:
Grease + ÿ (F) NIPPON SEKIYU

➪Controllare il diametro interno della bussola nella puleggia
primaria mobile }.
Tipo 120 + 154:
Limite di usura (d) ☞ 27,05 mm
Tipo 177:
Limite di usura (d) ☞ 26,05 mm
➪Controllare se la superficie di contatto della puleggia primaria
mobile } con la cinghia presenta usura e/o danneggiamento.
Determinare l’usura con un regolo q ed uno spessimetro w.
Limite di usura ☞ 0,5 mm
➪Controllare la dimensione dell’albero motore nella zona di
appoggio e della bussola puleggia primaria mobile.
Limite di usura (D) ☞ 16,95 mm
• Rimuovere residui di LOCTITE dal filetto M12 r sull’albero
motore e controllare se il filetto ed il profilo dentato sono
danneggiati o deformati.
Riassemblaggio dei singoli componenti della puleggia
primaria mobile
■ Attenzione: Ingrassare le parti dei tipi 120 + 154.
Non ingrassare le parti del tipo 177 !
• Solo per tipi 120 + 154: Applicare uniformemente ca. 20 g
di grasso (F) sul piano di lavoro delle masse centrifughe
della puleggia primaria mobile Q ed inserire le masse
centrifughe W .
• Solo per tipi 120 + 154: Ingrassare leggermente (F) l ’anello
OR E ed inserirlo.
• Inserire i tasselli sul cappellotto portatasselli.
• Solo per tipi 120 + 154: Ingrassare (F) le incavature dei
tasselli.
• Solo per tipi 120 + 154:
Grasso + ÿ (F) NIPPON SEKIYU
