In response to the A5D1 request, relay model 0351xT, Firmware Versions 1 and greater, sends the
following block:

80-bytes X and Y components of: IA, IB, IC, IN, VA, VB, VC,
VS, Freq and Vbatt in 4-byte IEEE FPS
8-bytes Time stamp
50-bytes 50 Digital banks: TAR0 - TAR49
1-byte Reserved
checksum 1-byte checksum of all preceding bytes
