If applicable If configured (ask your service personnel), you can also
search for surname and first name. To separate sur-
name and first name by a space, enter "0". You can en-
ter incomplete names, e.g. "mei p" for "Meier Peter".
If applicable Press the key to delete the letters to the left of the cur-
sor one by one.
: Confirm.
The name is searched for. This may take a few seconds.
The result is displayed:
If only one name is found, it is displayed.
: Confirm.
If several names are found (max. 50), the first name is
displayed.
If applicable Press the keys shown, where applicable, to select the
appropriate name from the names displayed.
: Select and confirm.
If no name is found:
If your search does not yield any name corresponding to
your query, you can extend the range of the search,
for example, by deleting characters.
: Select and confirm.
For further procedure, see above.
If too many names are found:
If more than the maximum of 50 names are found cor-
responding to your query, only an incomplete list of re-
sults can be displayed.
You can view these results, select any of the names or
change the search string (for example, narrow the
search by entering more characters).
