Exporting Data from Microsoft

Outlook

You can import the contents of the Microsoft Outlook

"Contacts" folder into the personal directory in your

optiPoint 600 office.

The data must be saved in "CSV" format (Comma

Separated Values) before you can import your contacts.

The procedure for exporting contact data into a CSV file

is described here.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook (if not already open).

2. Select "Import/Export..." in the main "File" menu.

The Import and Export Wizard opens:

3. Select "Export to a file" from the list and confirm with

"Next >".
