6.8.1.2 Configuration
On this page, you configure the IPv4 interface.
Description
The page contains the following boxes:
● Interface (Name)
Select the interface from the drop-down list.
● Interface Name
Enter the name of the interface.
● MAC Address
Displays the MAC address of the selected interface.
● DHCP
Enable or disable the DHCP client for this IPv4 interface.
● IP Address
Enter the IPv4 address of the interface. The IPv4 addresses must not be used more than
once.
● Subnet Mask
Enter the subnet mask of the subnet you are creating. Subnets on different interfaces must
not overlap.
● Address Type
Shows the address type.
– Primary
The first subnet of the interface.
