Connecting and disconnecting the cables to the CFU
When laying cables and wiring, observe the following:
Area of use
Installation regulations in accordance with EN 60079‑14
Country-specific regulations.
Ensure that intrinsically safe and non-intrinsically safe cables are completely separate
during wiring. Install these cables in separate cable conduits.
Use cable type A, e.g. PB FC Process Cable (blue) as the bus cable, 6XV1830‑5EH10.
Before connecting them, the cables must be stripped over the specified length.
Observe the regulations in your country during commissioning.

DANGER
Explosion hazard
It is forbidden to open the housing during operation in the Zone 22 hazardous area.
De-energize the CFU before carrying out any work on it.
