+ Copying and Pasting
For the next step, you should place
your return address (company name,
street address, city) in the footer object.
This consists of static data, which can
be rendered using a static text field.
Insert a static text in the "Bottom" ob
ject, type your return address, and for
mat it however you'd like. For all
other text fields, you should just make
a copy of this first field.

Mark
the
static text field and push the
Copy button, figured above. This co
pies the field into the buffer (clip
board). When you push the paste but
ton (the second one figured above), the
mouse pointer becomes a cross. Place
it directly under the first field and click
the button to insert a second field.
Double clicking on the second field
pops up the "Object Description" dia
log, where you can change the text in
the field. You can do the same for all
other text fields.
