RH Meaning Heading Enable. 0 =on, 1 =off
RO GPIB Output Format (1250N only, GPIB in Talker/Listener mode only)
RR Reformat Enable. 0 = on, 1 = off

SC Start/Continue Sweep. 0 = harmonic, 1 = log up, 2 = log down, 3 = lin up,
