6. On tiller handle model:
Remove bolt 1 and throttle cable holder 2.
7. Remove bolt 3 and throttle drum 4.
8. Remove flywheel. (See page 3-9.)

9. Unscrew the bolts securing stator base 1, then remove the
stator base and the battery and condenser charge coil 2.
Disconnect the engine stop switch lead wire connector.
10. Remove starter motor 3. (See page 3-29.)
11. Loosen screw and disconnect oil pressure switch lead wire
1.
Remove two (2) bolts and ignition coil 2, then disconnect
ignition coil primary lead wire.
12. Remove all spark plugs.
