BEARING INSTALLATION

• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK SU PER "1303" to
the bearing retainer screws , and tigh t en th em securely .

OIL SEAL INSPECTION
Damage to the lip of the oil seal may res u lt in leakage of t he
engine oil. Inspect the oil seal fo r wear or damage. If any dam-
ages are found , rep l ace the oil seal with a new one.
OIL SEAL REMOVAL
• Remove the oil seal retainer.
• Remove the oit seals .
I CAUTION I
Replace the removed all seals with new one s.
