• Remove the primary driven gear assembly
1 and washer

• Remove the coller
3.
• Remove the cam chain tensioner
4 and cam chain
5.
• Remove the oil pipe
6.
• Remove the oil pump idle gear
7 and oil pump driven gear

• Remove the pin
9 and oil pump assembly.

Do not remove the snap ring

, before separating the
crankase to prevent the oil pump idle gear shaft from
dropping into the crankcase.
