Suzuki RM-Z450 - Clutch Plate; Removal

CLUTCH PLATE
REMOVAL
• Drain engine oil. (!2-11)
• Remove the brake pedal. (!17-18)
• Remove the clutch cover

1 and its gasket.
• Remove the clutch spring set bolts and clutch springs.
NOTE:
Loosen the clutch spring set bolts little by little and diagonally.
• Remove the clutch pressure plate


If it is difficult to pull out the push rod

5, use a magnetic hand or
a wire.
