17-17 FRONT AND REAR BRAKES
BRAKE LEVER
REMOVAL
• Remove the boot

1 and brake lever


• Remove the brake lever adjuster return spring


' 09930-11950: Torx wrench (T25)
INSTALLATION
Install the brake lever in the reverse order of removal. Pay atten-
tion to the following points:
• Apply grease to the brake lever adjuster return spring, pivot
bolt and contact point between piston and brake lever.
( 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Tighten the brake lever pivot bolt and lock-nut to the specified
torque.

1: 6 N·m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.5 lb-ft)
