REAR SUSPENSION 19-6
BEARING REPLACEMENT
• Remove the spacers.
• Remove the needle roller bearings
1. (26 pieces of needle
roller bearing)
• Remove the dust seals
2.
• Remove the needle roller bearing cage
3 with the special
tool.
" 09921-20240: Bearing remover set (Remover 17 mm)
• Press the new needle roller bearing cage with the special tool
and a suitable size socket wrench.
NOTE:
When installing the needle roller bearing cage, the stamped
mark on the bearing must face left side.
Position the needle roller bearing cage by referring to the illus-
tration of page 19-22.

• Press the new dust seals with the special tool and a suitable
size socket wrench.
NOTE:
When installing the dust seal, the stamped mark
A on the dust
seal must face inside.

• Apply grease to the needle roller bearings and install them.
• Apply grease to the dust seals and spacers.
• Install the spacers

% 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
