19-3 REAR SUSPENSION
REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
REMOVAL
• Place a block under chassis tube.
• Remove the seat, right frame cover and right radiator cover.
(!5-2)
• Loosen the air cleaner clamp screw.
• Remove the rubber band

1.
• Disconnect the IAT sensor coupler

2 and remove the clamp.
• Remove the muffler

3 and seat rail assembly

4.
• Remove the rear shock absorber upper mounting bolt and
nut.
