OIL SEAL INSPECTION
• Inspect each oil seal lip for wear and damage.
• If any defects are found, replace the oil seal with a new one.
OIL SEAL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
• Remove the oil seals (

5) with the special tool.
" 09913-50121: Oil seal remover
• Remove the oil seal

4 with the suitable tool.
• Apply grease to each oil seal lip.
$ 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install each new oil seal (


5) with the special tool.
NOTE:
After installing the crankshaft, install the oil seal

