CRANKSHAFT INSTALLATION
• Fit the crankshaft into the left crankcase with the special tools.
NOTE:
Use the attachment (inner driver attachment
3) for crankshaft
bearing inside diameter.
" 09910-32812: Crankshaft installer

09911-11310: Crankshaft installer attachment
2
09913-70210: Bearing installer set
(Inner driver attachment 35 mm
3)
• Apply grease to the oil seal lip.
$ 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
or equivalent
• Install a new oil seal
4 with the special tool.
" 09930-35010: Rotor remover
NOTE:
Be sure to check the direction of the crankshaft bearing oil seal
4 before installing them.
CAUTION
Replace the oil seal
4 with a new one.
