“####”: If dialed number exactly matches 4 “hash” digits, then we send it
to server.
“#xxx”: If dialed number exactly matches 4 digits and the first digit is “#”,
then we send it to server.
“*xx#”: If dialed number exactly matches 4 digits and the first digit is “*”
and last digit is “#”, then we send it to server.
