3. Secure the radiator fan shroud to the radiator with
mounting bolts.
4. Remove the plugs from the inlet and outlet hoses.
Using the tags created during removal, connect
the hoses to the hydraulic oil cooler.
5. Replace the hydraulic oil filter.
6. Connect the recovery tank hose to the radiator
filler neck.
7. Connect the air cleaner air intake hose to the bulk-
head.
8. Connect both upper and lower radiator hoses.
9. Fill radiator with 50/50 mixture of anti-freeze and
water.
10.Install the negative battery cable on the battery.
11.Make sure the drain plug is in the tank and fill the
hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. The 628 Turfcat is
supplied with Jacobsen 10W30 hydraulic oil.
GreensCare 68 hydraulic oil can be used for bio-
degradable applications.
12.Start the engine and check component operation
and check for leaks.
