Smart-Vue mobile allows users to see only enabled sensors and sensors that
the user is configured to see.
Note If no sensors are configured to be viewed in Smart-Vue client, the Sites
screen is displayed first.
19.4.1 Alarm codes If the module has encountered an alarm, codes in the Alarm status field
contains four characters that indicate the type of alarm (depending on your
screen, you may need to scroll down to see the field). If there are no errors,
you will see “- - -”:
Tap on Readings to see
individual readings for
the selected sensor.
Tap on the Settings to
see the configuration
settings for that sensor.
Position Code Description
1 - - - H = High Alarm
L = Low alarm
S = Sensor failure
R = Radio failure
– = no currently ongoing alarm for this sensor
- 2 - - D = Datalogging is stopped, which is unexpected considering
current sensor configuration
– = No such alarm
- - 3 - B = Battery has reached 10% of capacity, or lower.
– = Battery capacity is above 10%
