• There may be a network communication problem, possibly related to a
firewall or TCP port conflict. Check with your IT department.
When I try to add the receiver in Smart-Vue Client, why do I get a
message saying that the “port number is already in use”?
Make sure you do not have any other receivers using the specified TCP port.
By default, the first port to specify in the TCP port for Smart-Vue Server
field in Smart-Vue Client is 11001. You must increment this number so
each receiver in your network has a unique TCP port.
