Thermo Scientific warrants the functions of the Smart-Vue Monitoring
system in accordance with our standard warranty as described in the Terms
and Conditions of Sale applicable to your purchase of this product. Unless
otherwise agreed to in writing, Thermo Scientific warrants that the product
will conform to published specifications for a period of one year from the
date of delivery.
