After the Thermo Scientific technician registers your instances on the
Cloud, you must restart the services for each CloudPush instance.
Start the CloudPush service manually using the Windows Services Manager:
1. Right-click on Computer
2. Select Manage Services and applications Services
3. Right-click on the following service and select Start:
• SVuCloudPush_Instance2
4. Make sure that the new CloudPush service starts correctly and remains
started for several seconds.

Smart-Vue Mobile on
your Mobile Device
19.3.1 Download Smart-Vue
Mobile from Online Stores
1. Search for “Smart-Vue Mobile” on the appropriate store page.
2. Select the Thermo Scientific Smart-Vue Mobile application to proceed
with installation.
3. Login to your account (or create one) if necessary and follow the
installation instructions
4. When installation is complete, tap on the Smart-Vue Mobile icon to
open the application on your smartphone or tablet.
iOS Android
For iOS devices, tap on the App Store
icon on your device:
For Android devices, tap on the Play
Store icon on your device:
Alternatively, you may open the Apple
App Store web site directly and
download the application via iTunes.
Alternatively, you may install the
application via Google Play web site.
