4.1 DISC CUTTER (B-EX204-QM-R)

Adjustment Method for Paper Guide
Before installing the disc cutter unit for T2/T3 printer, exchanging of Paper Guide and adjustment has to be
made to set the clearance of the cutter.
1. Loosen the two FL-3 x 6 screws holding the metal guide.
2. A Paper Guide is exchanged for Paper guide of T2/T3 printer.
3. Prepare four sheets of Tag paper and insert them between the guides.
4. Press both sides of the Paper Guide against the four sheets of tag paper.
5. Tightened the SAME FL-3 x 6 screws after proper checking and adjustment is confirmed.
6. Perform a test cut to check for a proper operation. Repeat the procedure, if necessary.
