1) Open the top cover. (Refer to Section 3.1.)
2) Turn the head lock lever to Free position and open the ribbon shaft holder plate.
3) Open the print head block.
4) Push the Ribbon end sensor assembly upwards using your finger to remove it from the Ribbon
