6.5.2.2 Configurable submodule-related IParameters (F_iPar)
Application-specific device properties are defined with the iParameters of the safety-related
submodule Velocity (BP) and Velocity (XP). The secure transmission of iParameters requires
a CRC calculation, see Chapter 6.8.9 on Page 136.
The iParameters can be set according to the following table via an input box in the configuration tool
and are automatically sent by the control to the measuring system during start-up via the record data
object with index 0x0001.
Malfunctions which are caused by improper parameterization result in the
danger of death, serious physical injury and/or damage to property!
The system manufacturer must ensure proper functioning by carrying
out a protected test run during commissioning and whenever
parameters have been changed.
