11.3.2 Ultrasound Coupling Gels
The following ultrasound coupling gels are recommended for use with Ultrasonix transducers:

Do not use gels that contain any of the following solutions:
• Acetone
• Methanol
• Denatured ethyl alcohol
• Mineral oil
• Iodine
• Any lotions or gels that contain perfume.
