Using GPI with Personal TitleMaker
You can control Personal TitleMaker from a GPI device. Some edit con-
trollers, such as the Videonics Thumbs Up, have a GPI output that can
trigger events on Personal TitleMaker.
Note
If you don’t currently have a GPI device but might like to build a
simple version, see Appendix C, Building and Using a GPI Device
for a set of plans.
On the rear panel of the Personal TitleMaker is a connector labeled
“GPI.” Connect a suitable GPI device at this jack and Personal Title-
Maker senses its presence. Then use the GPI device to control when
and how pages change while running a Personal TitleMaker project.
