EFFECTS/IN, set the speed to 4, then select the Scroll
option in the bottom sub-menu.
Remember, when you use the scroll or crawl option Personal Title-
Maker ignores any transitions set for the page.
LESSON 13
CREATE PAGE TWELVE
Page twelve, like page one, creates a solid black back-
ground to record at the end of the program. This
helps ensure you don’t have “garbage” footage if
using a tape that was previously recorded.
Hopefully, by this time you can create this page with-
out any further instructions. All you really have to
decide is whether or not you want to use any transi-
tions for the page and how long you want to set its
duration. So, have at it!
When you finish the page, refer back to “Lesson 8 Check Your Progress”
on page 46 to play the entire program.
This tutorial does not contain lessons for recording your finished pro-
gram to video tape. Those procedures are covered in Chapter 12, Play-
ing and Recording Projects.
