3 Press LEFT ARROW to move the cursor to the end of the text
on page two (just after London), then press
MARK END.
Move the cursor to the beginning of the page (just in front of
Touring), then press

You are marking the text you need to copy to page three.
4 Move the cursor back down to page three, press
COPY, then
press
UNDO.
The text from page two is now part of page three. Be sure to press
UNDO to remove the markers from the text.
5 Press
NEW LINE OK twice to create two blank lines. The first
line remains empty, so you don’t need to type anything on
that line.
6 Press and hold the ACCENT key, then type the letter U fifteen
times. This creates the line of bullet symbols.
7 Press
NEW LINE OK to create the final line, then type 1997.
8 Press
FONT/FONT & SIZE to display the font menu, select a dif-
ferent font to use for the text (1997) you just entered, then
press
NEW LINE OK.
You might recall from an earlier lesson that you marked the text
(Touring London) before specifying a different font, but did not do
so in this case. When you specify fonts and styles, they always
apply to the entire line upon which the cursor is located — which
is what you’ve done in this step. When you want to set the font for
more than one line at a time, you must first mark the text so that
Personal TitleMaker knows you want to treat multiple lines.
9 Press
UP ARROW a couple of times so that you can see the
page header information for page three.
10 Press
EFFECTS/IN, select the cut transition, move to the bot-
tom sub-menu and select the infinite duration option, then
press
NEW LINE OK.
In order for the trick we discussed earlier to work, you must use a
cut transition. If you use any other type of transition it affects the
entire page, causing the title “Touring London” to transition away
