13. When laying, ensure that cables are not tripping hazards and do not lay them around
corners and sharp edges. Avoid abrasive surfaces.
Inserting the Trident ink cartridge
Unscrew the large protecting cover of the ink system, wipe it clean and store it inside the
ink system housing. Then remove the protective foil from the screw thread of the ink
cartridge. Screw the cartridge into the reservoir opening. Avoid tilting the thread.
WARNING!
Tighten the ink cartridge only lightly (like you would a light bulb, for
example) in order to avoid damaging the ink reservoir.
Do not leave the cartridge opening open for a prolonged period (without screw
cap or cartridge) to prevent dust from entering.
Avoid squeezing the ink cartridge, since this may lead to overfilling of the
reservoir and ink leaking from the vent opening or the print head.
