CHAPTER 1 - SAFETY NOTICES
NOTE!
In this Manual, qualified personnel are defined as people that are trained to:
1.
Install,ground, powerupand operate theCFW-09according to this Manual
and the local required safetyprocedures;
2.
Use of safety equipment according to the local regulations;
3.
Administer Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and FirstAid.
DANGER!
Always disconnect the supplyvoltagebeforetouchinganyelectricalcomponent
inside the inverter.
Many components are chargedwith high voltages, even afterthe incomingAC
power supplyhas beendisconnectedorswitched OFF. Wait atleast 10minutes
for the total discharge of the power capacitors.
Always connect the frame of the equipment to the ground (PE) at the suitable
connection point.
ATTENTION!
All electronic boards have components that are sensitive to electrostatic
discharges. Never touch anyofthe electrical componentsor connectorswithout
following proper groundingprocedures.If necessarytodo so,touch theproperly
grounded metallic frame or use a suitable ground strap.
NOTE!
Inverters can interfere with other electronic equipment. In order to reduce this
interference, adopt the measures recommended in
chapter
3 “Installation
and
Connection
”.
NOTE!
Read this entireManual carefully and completelybeforeinstalling or operating
the CFW-09.
Do not apply High Voltage (High Pot) Test on the Inverter!
