2. Main Bearing Covers
No. 2 to No. 8 −
Removal
2.1 Tools − Installation
1) Remove the oil pipe(1, Fig. 1) from the
main bearing cover (2).
2) Apply protection to all openings.
3) Attach the work platform (94142,
Fig. 2).
4) Use the feeler gauge (94123) to do a
check of the bearing clearance, refer to
0330−1.
