Fit racks on sections using screws and wash-
ers. Use a torque wrench. See Screw joints on
page 273.

Tightening torque: 70 Nm
Note
Use the clamping and mounting racks
at the ends of the rack section to make
sure that the racks are tightly pushed
against the section and perfectly
aligned with each other.
Use standard tools, slightly tighten.
Install the racks.
When the alignment is correct, tighten the
screws one by one.

Use a brush to lubricate the racks.7
