6. Unlock and detach the µ-ECD signal board’s ribbon cable from the
detector’s interface board and lift the signal board from the detector
pallet.
7. Reassembly is the reverse of removal.
Replacing the detector interface card
The µ-ECD detector has an interface board off of the main board as shown
below.
Caution Make sure you are properly grounded with an ESD strap before continuing.
1. Unlock and unclip the ribbon cable from the interface board.
2. Remove the screw at the top of the card where it mounts to the main
board and pull the card out.
