Grounding
The fast-heating oven requires at least 200 V. Most countries’ standard voltage
meets this requirement. GCs intended for use in the USA, Denmark and
Switzerland will be equipped with a slow-heating oven unless they are ordered
with power option 002, which equips the GC with a fast-heating oven.
Canadian installation
When installing a GC in Canada, make sure your GC’s power supply circuit
meets the following additional requirements:
• The circuit breaker for the branch circuit, which is dedicated to the
instrument, must be rated for continuous operation.
• The service box branch circuit must be marked as a “Dedicated Circuit.”
