Using the Agilent 7100 Capillary Electrophoresis System 5
Working with the CE Diagram
The current analysis mode is displayed in the top line of the CE diagram. The
analysis modes that can be selected under instrument configuration are CE,
CE+p, CEC or CE-MS.
For configuration without a DAD detector, for example with external
detectors, the DAD diagram will not be displayed. For configuration with an
additional pump, for example CE-MS, an additional pump diagram will be
displayed.
