200 N9912A FieldFox User’s Guide
The standby symbol is used to mark a position of the instrument power
line switch.
This symbol indicates separate collection for electrical and electronic
equipment, mandated under EU law as of August 13, 2005. All electric
and electronic equipment are required to be separated from normal
waste for disposal (Reference WEEE Directive, 2002/96/EC).
Indicates the time period which no hazardous or toxic substance
elements are expected to leak or deteriorate during normal use. Forty
years is the expected useful life of the product.
CAUTION, risk of danger, refer to safety information in manual.
Dispose of properly
Hot surface - connectors get hot during extended operation, so care must
be taken when making connections and disconnections.
Battery Markings
The CE mark shows that the product complies with all relevant European
legal Directives (if accompanied by a year, it signifies when the design
was proven).
The battery parts can be recycled. Consult local or country regulations.
Dispose of properly
Recycle the old battery properly. Consult local or country regulations
related to disposal.
Keep battery away from excessive heat. Do not dispose of by burning.
UL recognized in Canada and the United States.
