3. Maintenance of the Laser Oscillator Section
(4) Remove the 2 screws and then remove the lead wire of the ashlamp. Remove
the 4 bolts and then remove the upper chamber. Put it upside down on a clean
cloth so that its inside may be visible.
The laser chamber consists of an upper part and a lower part. In the lower chamber,
the glass plate is put on the reector.
⇒
Put the removed reector and other parts on a clean cloth so that oil and dust
may not stick on them.
<Notes>
- Handle the laser chamber with extreme care to void attaching a aw or dust
onto the mirror face inside the reector. Such a aw or dust will reduce the
laser output.
- Do not touch the glass portion of the ashlamp directly with a hand or do not
blemish it. The ashlamp will be damaged. Before installing the ashlamp,
clean the glass portion of the lamp by using alcohol.
