Warnings (Figure 21):
1) The contacts must be fitted with 6k8/470R resistors.
2) Input “AI
y
” can be any of the available analogue inputs of the BMB01 (AlI1 to Al12).
Notes (Figure 21):
1) The Auxiliary DC Output (AUX OUT) can alternatively be used to power the BMB01.
2) Refer to the BMB01 user documentation for details; see Table 7 (page 132).
3) Cabling requirements: see Section “4.2.2 External Cabling Requirements” (page 29).
4) Monitored contact fault indication:
Contact closure = 470 ohms = third-party equipment ‘no fault’ condition
Contact open = 7270 ohms = third-party equipment fault reported to Control System
Resistance outside this range = cabling fault (short/open circuit) reported to Control System
5) Refer to Section “6.1 Generating a Configuration File” (page 59) for configuration details.
