5.4.1 Menu bar
The following commands are on the menu bar.
• File menu
Use the File menu to exit ToolsTalk BLM software.
• View menu
Use the View menu to enable or disable the Toolbar and the Status bar.
• Tools menu
The Tools menu has four functions: Log Viewer, Download Log, Backup/Restore, Super User,
and Manage password.
5.4.1.1 Enabling LOG Viewer
Enabling LOG Viewer to trace the ToolsTalk BLM operations with the Focus 61: this is helpful for
troubleshooting activities.
To display the Log Messages (operations made between the ToolsTalk BLM software and the Focus 61),
do the following:
1. On the Tools menu, click Log Viewer.
2. Click Show Log to display the Log messages.
5.4.1.2 Downloading LOG file(s)
To download the LOG file(s) stored in the Focus 61 memory, do the following:
1. On the Tools menu, click Download LOG.
2. In the Logs dialog box, select the LOG file to be downloaded. Then, click the folder icon.
3. In the Save dialog box, select the folder where save the downloaded file and type the name of the
file in the Name text box. Then, click Save.

5.4.1.3.1 Performing Backup
To perform the backup of the Focus 61, do the following:
1. On the Tools menu, click Backup/Restore > Backup.
