• Length:dentifier length.
• Significant Positions: positions in the identifier string which must match to consider as valid a
scanned/received string.
• Significant Strings: definition of the string content linked to a job. When an identifier is received from
a source (barcode or Open protocol interface), a check will be done on the barcode/Identifier length
and on the content in the significant positions by the controller.
NOTE: If two Input sources with the same Length different from zero are configured, the
following error message is displayed: The selected pattern is in conflict
with a previously added one.
6.5.2 Configuring identifier to abort Jobs
Abort Jobs section allows to set the signal that stops a Job.
Define the following parameters:

From the Job drop down list box, select the Job to be used. In the end of the list box it’s also available

barcode.
NOTE: If two Input source with the same Length different from zero are configured, the
following error message is displayed: The selected pattern is in conflict
with a previously added one.
NOTE: If Length is set to zero, any string starts the Job.
NOTE: If Length is set to a number (n) different from zero, and Significant Position is not
defined, any string with Length set to n starts the Job.
